Notice for walking towards the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection
- 1．Check your health condition, such as fever or cold.
- 2．Wear a mask (*) etc. during walking. Wash your hands and face first, after walking and using the public toilet.
- 3．Keep a distance between two persons, and avoid the "Three Cs"(closed spaces, crowed places, close-contact settings), and enjoy exercise in small group.
(*) Exercise and sports as usual with a mask may increase exercise intensity, so if you feel uncomfortable have a break and take measures against heat stroke.
For details, please refer to the Japan Sports Agency website. Exercises and sports that can be done indoors (gymnastics mainly for middle-aged people) are also introduced, so please make use of them.
