Strengthening Preventative Measures against Widespread Cases of Food Poisoning

To prevent the occurrence and further spread of food poisoning over wide areas, regional cooperation councils have been established in each regional Bureau of Health and Welfare block in accordance with the Food Sanitation Act. By sharing information with the national government and relevant local governments, a system is in place to take measures such as effectively investigating the causes of food poisoning cases and disseminating appropriate information.
