We created Food Allergy Communication Sheet

　The Tokyo Metropolitan Government created a leaflet "Restaurants to work on measures against food allergies," for restaurants to use it as reference.

　This leaflet contains "Allergy Communication Sheet" to exchange information on allergens between restaurants and their customers. This sheet includes translation in English, Chinese, and Korean in addition to Japanese, so that the information on food allergens may be briefly conveyed.
