2）Reasons for Abuse (Tokyo)
Total number of incidents: 18,639. Physical abuse 23.4% (4,366 incidents). Gender related 0.8% (145 incidents). Psychological abuse 61.1% (11,395 incidents). Neglect 14.7% (2,733 incidents).
