Expansion of multilingual support at the Coronavirus Call Center and Tokyo Fever Consultation Center

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government has established two phone consultation services: the Coronavirus Call Center, which handles inquiries related to COVID-19 prevention measures and consultations from callers experiencing concerning symptoms, and the Tokyo Fever Consultation Center, which refers callers who have developed a fever and do not have a regular doctor to a medical institution in their area.
In order to assist an even greater number of foreign nationals with their questions, multilingual support will be expanded at both call centers from April 1, 2021.
